Well, I should thank my friend from chelsea for not being too embarrassed by this painting, nor too upset by the severe paper cuts.

I was faced with a major hurdle weeks ago: what book to feature in this painting. There are literally hundreds of paperback books, which made it a rather difficult selection. I like to get back to the roots when making such important decisions, so I remembered what someone in Mr. Bookworm's place was reading at the time the picture was taken: "Bridget Jones's Diary". I checked out amazon to see what the cover looked like. I'm not sure what it was, but it just seemed to work with this scene:
