To this date, I've never made anything that was supposed to offend a person. I make images in order to contribute another way to see our world, even if at best it only seems like a visual joke. This image ended up being censored in a couple of places online; I won't name the websites (for example, myspace.com). It made me wonder what could be offensive about a puppet-man-horse peeing: the puppet penis, or the visual of painting someone peeing (in a toilet, nonetheless). The absurdity of seeing an actual horse peeing far outweighs anything I could ever make, so I guess it's not just like a horse at all, but only like the things and sayings we invent. In any case, nature live is by far millions of miles ahead in absurdity to anything we've ever been able to collage together. In any case, I have another image in mind that would be an excellent use of the horse's head...and I'll keep the puppet genitalia under the sheets.
